Why are we doing this?
We wanted to create an obvious path for growth in Christ and training for ministry.
Many who attend The Light Ministries would like to get more involved,
“if they only knew where to start”.
These steps are intended for:
· longtime members who want to get more involved
· Visiting folks wondering if God’s called them to make The Light Ministries their home
· Christian who know they're called need to be trained
· Others who know they are called but they’re not sure where
· For new Believers
Jesus said He’d make us fishers of men, so we are getting the “nets” ready.
This is not just a journey of personal growth—it’s a divinely orchestrated, step-by-step path designed to awaken your God-given identity and launch you into the purpose for which you were created. Your spiritual maturity is not an end in itself; it is preparation. It is equipping. It is God's way of forming a vessel fit for His use. You are being matured not just for your benefit, but to serve, build, and minister to others. The calling on your life is not casual—it is kingdom-critical.
